Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Same-Day Cancellations A same-day cancellation—defined as any cancellation made before the photographer is en route (Unless Weather Related) - Will result in a 25% cancellation fee based on the total shoot cost. - This fee WILL NOT be applied toward a future shoot. - It must be paid in full before another shoot can be scheduled. Last-Minute Cancellations A last-minute cancellation occurs when the photographer is already en route to the shoot or arrives on location and is unable to complete the shoot for any reason. - Last-minute cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total shoot cost. - This fee will not be applied toward a future shoot. - It must be paid in full before another shoot can be scheduled. Billing & Photo Delivery An invoice will be sent after your photos/video are delivered for review. Once the invoice is paid, we will release your download PIN.
