Cancellation Policy

----Travel Fees---- Travel Fees May Apply for areas further than 30 miles from downtown Asheville. They will be discussed before the shoot if they are to be charged. ---Cancelation--- If a cancelation happens on route to a shoot a fee of $99 + any travel fee can be charged. No fee if we have not already started traveling to your shoot. ---Payment--- Payment is due upon receipt of photos and photos are released for download once the invoice has been paid. In the case of payment being over one week late from the date photos are delivered a $49 late fee will be added to the invoice per week but not accumulate more than $147.
