Cancellation Policy

----Travel Fees---- A travel fee will apply for properties located more than 30 miles from downtown Asheville: 0 - 30 miles → $0 31 - 60 miles → $49 61 - 90 miles → $99 91 - 120 miles → $149 -----Booking & Cancellation----- Once your shoot is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. You may cancel a shoot up to 3 hours before the scheduled time at no charge. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled time will incur a $99 cancellation fee to account for lost time. In the event of a no show $175 + any travel fees will be charged. ---Payment--- You will receive and invoice through Square. Payment is not due until you receive and approve your photos! The watermark free photos will be released when payment is received.
