Cancellation Policy

-Confirmation- We will reach out by call or text to confirm the exact date and time of your shoot, as soon as possible. When we recieve confirmation back from you, we will consider the shoot scheduled. -Cancellations- -Morning Of Cancellation- Any cancellation made on the scheduled shoot day before the photographer is en route (unless weather-related) will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total shoot cost. This fee must be paid before another shoot can be scheduled. -Last-Minute Cancellation- A last-minute cancellation occurs when the photographer is already en route or arrives on location and is unable to complete the shoot for any reason (unless weather-related). These cancellations incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total shoot cost and must be paid in full before another shoot can be scheduled. -Photo Delivery- An invoice will be sent after your photos are delivered for review. Once the invoice is paid in full, we will release your download PIN.
